Job description.

Our client in the hotel industry, based in Port Elizabeth, currently have an opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager. Shift work will be involved and a 6 day working week. This is a live out position.

 

Main job function

All round food & beverage responsibilities

Qualifications:

Hospitality related qualification

Food & beverage related qualification

Experience:

Strong Food and Beverage / Banqueting experience

Strong customer and client care experience

Experience in a 4-5 star hotel
