Job Description
- Actioning of all alarm types and dispatching of armed response vehicles.
- Ensure that calls are answered in the shortest possible time and clients are contacted ASAP.

Job Requirements
- Must be PSIRA registered
- To be part of this dynamic group you will need a minimum of matric and a good customer service background.
- Previous Security industry experience would be an advantage.
- This position will suit a confident person who maintains professionalism at all times.
- Incumbent must have the ability to work in a team environment and individually.
- Excellent telephone manner, computer literacy and fluency in English coupled with the desire to build relationships will land you this role.
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and the ability to handle pressure.
- Previous call centre experience would be an added advantage.
- Clear criminal record
- Must have own transport or be able to arrange own transport
