Introduction
Our company is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Human Resources Development Facilitator to join our dynamic team.
Purpose of the position
Based in Bloemfontein, the successful incumbent will effectively market, co-ordinate, facilitate and manage the administration for retail training activities in line with the SPAR Academy Quality Management System.
Key Performance Areas
- Ensure that all training needs analysis are conducted
- Conduct post training evaluation
- Determine effectiveness of learning programmes
- Develop training material (participant and facilitation material)
- File registers, evaluation forms and copies of certificates
- Manage processing of supplier invoices
- Communicate training schedule
- Co-ordinate logistics for training (venue, facilitators, equipment, materials, catering etc.)
- Ensure attendance of training scheduled
- Facilitate training interventions
- Seek accredited training providers
- Determine future training needs for various stores
- Provide feedback reports to management and key stakeholders
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- A valid drivers’ license and be able to drive
- National Diploma in Training and Development/Human Resources
- SDF /ETDP qualification will be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years in training facilitation and administration
- Experience in Retail Operations environment will be advantageous
- Good facilitation skills
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
