Marketing Intern (Temporary Data Project)

We do this in a way that offers the African eco-system the best prices, simplest transaction systems, the most helpful people and the best growth plans possible.  WorldsView Technologies has offices in Woodmead, South Africa, and is looking for a dynamic Marketing Intern to temporarily assist on a 6 week assignment.

The successful candidate will be a Marketing graduates who can assist on a 6 week assignment specifically working with the marketing team doing data cleaning. We are looking for someone who comes from a marketing background and can conduct basic research, updating data and detect and correct corrupt or inaccurate records on our databases.

The Key Performance Areas are:

• Ability to do basic research to detect and correct corrupted records on our databases
• Utilize excel spreadsheets to update databases
• Ability to have professional telephone etiquette in calling to verify information
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Assist in a 6 week assignment in our offices reporting to the Vice President for Marketing and Channel Development

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications and experience:

• Preferable tertiary qualificatio (Marketing Certificate/ Diploma)
• 1-2 years of marketing experience
• Basic to intermediate experience on Microsoft Excel
• Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite- Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

CTC package is R300 per day, no other benefits
