Makro is searching for a Receiving Manager that is HUNGRY, HUMBLE, ENGAGED, AND SMART AND FOLLOWS THROUGH.
Main Purpose of the job: Effectively managing all goods receiving processes and procedures minimizing shrinkage and damages of stock within the receiving department.
Key performance areas:
- Manage receiving procedures and Moving stock to the trading floor
- Manage STO’s and Manage returns
- Manage damages , job lots , and coordinate queries
- Manage SAP reports & document flow
- Facilitate & coordinate printing of barcodes
- Enforce ,maintain security procedures, Control scanners and People Management
Minimum Academic Requirements, Professional Qualifications, and Experience:
- For appointment to this managerial level you will have to successfully have completed the Makro Retail Management Development Programme.Or
- Have the relevant and recognized tertiary qualification (at Diploma or Degree level) Or
- 2-3 years management experience in similar environment Competency Requirements
