Refunds Clerk

Job specifications/responsibilities

  •   Collect and return Refunds Voucher books from Banking office
  •   Issue Refunds Vouchers to customers
  •   Process Yard returns
  •   Print audit roll for all refunded goods daily
  •   Deal with customer enquiries promptly
  •   Ensure sufficient cash and change on hand
  •   Ensure goods are returned to the correct department

Requirements:

  •   2-3 years related experience essential
  •   Minimum of grade 12 or matric
  •   Computer literate
  •   Excellent customer orientation and high level of integrity.
  •   Well developed communication skills
  •   Attention to detail and accuracy.
