National Call Centre Operator

 

Massmart is searching for a National Call Centre Operator that is HUNGRY, HUMBLE, ENGAGED, AND SMART AND FOLLOWS THROUGH.

Main Purpose of the job: To provide articulate telephonic assistance and communication to Massmart and potential customers requiring general assistance. To be the first point of contact for FMC customers experiencing equipment breakdown.

Responsibilities include the logging of inbound calls, creating work orders, selecting contractors to effect the repairs and several other action items associated with the work planning and control procedures.

Minimum Academic Requirements, Professional Qualifications, and Experience:

  •   Matric/Grade 12
  •   2-3 years’ experience in customer service or call centre role
  •   Some technical, engineering or maintenance experience an advantage
  •   Food store operations experience an advantageCompetency Requirements Essential
